Daphne was so good. I feel like I’ll miss her. I have never felt so comfortable with a therapist before. She has helped me so much and I feel in a better place from speaking with her. She’s so understanding and knew just what to say when I was feeling emotional. Appreciate the service so much.

The 6 weeks gave me a safe space to share personal feelings about supporting my daughter, and help to reflect on how to support her better, and space to ask questions about what to expect going forward and how to respond positively.

Quicker responses to some of my questions Deeper understanding of how the medication works Longer than 6 sessions would have been more beneficial

Every one is caring and could not ask for better treatment

Would have liked to have seen a dietician in Hospital so I could have sorted my diet sooner as suffer other issues diverticulitis etc.

I received the pefect amount of care whilst also given good constructive information and help. Additionally I have been given two contacts that are providing practical help with future applications for employment. My STARs advisor was compassionate and empathetic and listened to me,I found her very easy to talk to and is an asset to your team.

I still have not received any sessions from a councellor and I may not now need any
